If we had to think about how to define ourselves... we would definitely leave it to Crudelio.
Crudelio is "I mirror" of those who produce it. There are no infinite family trees to fortify the depth of the product but there is passion, love for the land of Maremma and the will to do well.
The challenge is a challenge to ourselves. A continuous striving towards improvement, year after year, harvest after harvest to make our Crudelio wine an excellent product.
